This tournament is hosted by Escondido Soccer Club - SDSC Escondido Surf and is a class III tournament. It is open to USYSA, US Club and AYSO

Recreational All Star level teams.

All 7 v 7 and 9 v 9 games will be played using the US Soccer mandated rules for the 2025/2026 season. 



7 V 7 games: 

Deliberate heading is not allowed in 7v7 games.

BUILD OUT LINE AND NO PUNTING RULES APPLY TO ALL 7v7 GAMES.



9 v 9 games:

Punting or drop-kicking the ball by the GK is allowed.

Deliberate Heading is not allowed in 9v9 games.
